Creates a new button with the name and instruction specified, at the position [x y]   indicated. Thename  cannot be more than 32 characters (including spaces). The position [x y]   is the top, left corner of the button. The button is created in the Once mode. It will be sized to fit the instruction-list.. See set to change the settings of the button.
